Our art department can create any design you would like for your custom flag. Unlimited colors sublimated onto a 30″ x 42″ polyester flag can yield amazing design capabilities. Our flags are made for outside use and can be used year round, they are designed for use with any standard house flag pole.

Easy Ordering Process
1. Fill out our 8 step Custom Project Form and send to us. If you have questions completing this form, please feel free to call us at 864-847-6012. If you prefer, you can mail your idea (pictures, logos, color preferences, etc. placed according to your specifications on a 8 1/2 X 11 sheet of plain paper) to Southern Charm at 165 Mize Road, Belton SC 29627. (Be sure to include: Product type desired, Color choices if applicable, and your email address.)
2. A one time art/sample fee of $250.00 is required to begin your flag project, this fee will be credited to an order of 25 or more flags. (No refunds for this fee if no order is placed. Each flag project if submitting more than one will require this fee.) Please call 864-847-6012 with your payment information.
3. Once we have received your project form above and your art/sample fee, we will email you an art proof to approve for sample (this will take approximetely 2 to 3 business days). If you do not approve of the art proof, you may request changes to the proof. Our art department will make your requested changes and resend a revision for approval to you.
4. Once you have approved your art proof for sample, we will schedule a sample of your flag to be produced (this will take approximeletly 7 to 10 business days (not including shipping time).
5. When you received your sample flag, you may place your order. Full payment must be received before we can schedule your order for production. After receiving your payment, your order will be scheduled for production and will ship within 2 to 3 weeks (not including shipping time).

Flag Pole Kit
Also availabe for your fundraising needs is our flag pole kit. Poles are made in U.S. and are 1″ diameter. Poles are white fiberglass, 5 feet in length, and come with white anti-wrap sleeve. Kit also includes fixed aluminum bracket for 1″ pole cast aluminum, silver (USA).
